Afshan Kausar

Academic Expertise

The founder, Mrs.Afshan Kausar, brings a strong academic foundation with qualifications in Education, Computer Science, and Information Technology, including 3 master's degrees in Computer Science,  IT, & Education, and is also pursuing a PhD, which reflects my continued engagement with higher education, research, and emerging educational technologies. Mr. Wajid Ali Siddiqui also holds two master's degrees in Computer Science & IT and has international experience, including a decade working at a Saudi public university.

International Experience

Both of us have over a decade of university-level experience in Saudi Arabia; the Founder has worked within an international academic environment and gained valuable exposure to diverse students, educational systems, and multicultural settings. This international perspective supports a broader understanding of global education pathways and student aspirations.

Educational Leadership

With 25+ years in education, the founder has served in roles spanning teaching, academic coordination, school administration, and educational leadership. Her experience includes university academic coordination, vice principal responsibilities, and school-level academic leadership. This extensive experience in working with students, educators, and parents forms the foundation of Beyond Borders student-focused approach.
